Infrastructure Issue Impacting: Automatic sign-off, Procore Syncing and Emails

At approximately 6pm AEST on Tuesday 11th of April, an issue occurred in our backend infrastructure that impacted automatic sign-off times, Procore syncing and email notifications. Sites impacted have been contacted and advised of the incident.

This issue was fixed at 10.45am AEST on Wednesday 12th of April and is no longer impacting these features.

This has meant:
Some workers were not signed off with the auto site close time feature.
Any emails (e.g. invites to new site managers, or briefing notifications sent to users) were not sent between this time.
If your site diaries on Procore have been closed off PRIOR to the change in attendance times, the site hours for those sites will be impacted.

What we recommend:
Please review your site hours for Tuesday 11th April, and make adjustments to the workers impacted (you can do this by following this guide https://support.signonsite.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/360003319996-Editing-Attendance-Times).
Resend any emails that have been sent during this time.
